Village of Elmwood Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 12-15-2019

The Planning Commission members met on 12/15/2019 at the Elmwood Village Hall.

The meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m.

Chairperson Nunez stated that a current copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted for public viewing.

Roll Call was answered by Linda Blunt, Mike Winter and John Nunez,.  Darren Petersen absent.

Nunez made a motion, seconded by Winter to approve the November 14, 2019 minutes with corrections.  RCV: Yes: All. Motion approved 3-0.

The next planning meeting was set for January 21, 2020 7:00 PM.

The commission began review and discussion of the proposed zoning language dated 4/2019.  Some items were unclear so Winter will discuss with JEO for clarification.

Unfinished Business

                Review, revise and approval of Proposed Zoning Language dated 4/2019.

Future Agenda Items:

                Set Member terms to 1, 2 & 3 year terms.
