Special Meeting of Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees
June 12, 2013 Minutes
Call to order at 7:09 pm. The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in special session with Trustees Clements, Ronhovde and Chairman Ernst presiding. All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Chairman Ernst declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Motion by Clements at 7:11 to enter executive session to discuss the village clerk position. Second by Ronhovde. Vote: Aye: All. Nay: None. Absent: Wilhelm and Allgayer. Motion carried.
Wilhelm and Allgayer entered at 7:23.
Motion by Ronhovde at 8:26 to exit executive session. Second by Allgayer. Vote: Aye: All. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Discussion of Susan Meyer rejection of offer.
Motion by Clements to offer the clerk position to Connie Carlton. Second by Allgayer. RCV: Aye: All. Nay: none. Motion carried.
Motion by Wilhelm to approve the minutes of the May 29, 2013 special meeting. Second by Clements. Vote: Aye: All. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Clements to approve the minutes of the June 5, 2013 special meeting. Second by Wilhelm. Vote: Aye: All. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Clements to approve the minutes of the June 7, 2013 regular meeting. Second by Wilhelm. Vote: Aye: All. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Discussion of water bills. The error has been addressed and water bills are expected to be mailed by June 13. They will not be considered delinquent until 15 days after postmark.
There being no further business, Chairman Ernst declared the meeting adjourned at 9:38.
