The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in special session with Trustees Ronhovde, Clements, Wilhelm, and vice-chairman Allgayer presiding.  All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”.  Vice-chairman Allgayer declared the Open Meetings Act Posted.

Motion by Clements at 6:02 to enter executive session to discuss the village clerk opening. Seconded by Wilhelm. RCV: Aye: All. Nay: None. Absent: Ernst. Motion passes.

Chairman Ernst entered at 6:37.

Motion by Clements at 7:45 to exit executive session. Seconded by Allgayer. RCV: Aye: All. Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

Motion by Clements to offer the city clerk position to Nicole Moreau-Folden at $13.50 per hour with potential pay increase after 90-day probationary period contingent on requirements of position.  Seconded by Wilhelm. RCV: Aye: All. Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.
