The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in special session with Trustees Ronhovde, Clements, Wilhelm, Allgayer and Chairman Ernst presiding.  All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Chairman Ernst declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.

Ernst reported that there is a water leak at 3rd and A Streets and that the water has been shut off. Discussion followed.

Motion by Allgayer at 7:15 to enter executive session to discuss the village clerk opening. Seconded by Wilhelm. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

Motion by Allgayer at 9:19 to exit executive session. Seconded by Wilhelm. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

There being no further business, Chairman Ernst declared the meeting adjourned at 9:19.
