The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in special session with Trustees Ronhovde, Ernst, Blunt, Allgayer and Chairman Ernst presiding. All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Eugenia Bornemeier was also in attendance.
Chairman Ernst declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.

Motioned by Ronhovde, 2nd by Allgayer to enter executive session at 7:40 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing for Village Maintenance position. Executive session ended at 8:48 p.m. Motioned by Ronhovde, 2nd by Allgayer to extend the offer to hire Ed Blunt for the Village Maintenance position upon Blunt’s acceptance. The following terms would apply: A rate of $15.00/hour; 2 days of vacation for 2011; 10 days of vacation for 2012, and subsidized health insurance premiums of a rate of $150.00/month. RCV: Aye; Ronhovde, Allgayer and Clymer. Nay; Ernst. Absent: Blunt.
