BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
Special Meeting Held at Elmwood Village Office
The Village Board of Trustees met in special session on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Chairperson Miki Bruns called the Special meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Bruns stated that a current copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted.
Roll Call was answered by Jared Blunt, Becky Kicak, Renee Holland & Miki Bruns. Absent: Pat Wray
New Business
Discussion/Action Village of Elmwood 2021-2022 Annual Budget
The board members discussed the budget and didn’t have any further questions or changes.
Holland made a motion to approve & accept the 2021-2022 Annual Budget, Second by Kicak.

Motion made by Blunt to approve an additional 1% increase in the total 2020-2021 funds, Second by Holland.

Discussion/Action Resolution 09142021 -Setting the property tax request
Kicak read Resolution 09142021
Kicak made a motion to adopt Resolution 09142021, Second by Blunt.
